About the Role:

As a Flutter Developer at Cooperative Computing, you will deliver working software using Dart and Flutter. You'll be tasked with creating innovative user interfaces and features, optimized for mobile platforms, developing production-quality Flutter-based apps, exploring innovative concepts, and enhancing native components. You will also play a crucial role in maintaining the application's lightweight and efficient performance over time.

Mission:

The mission of the Flutter Developer is to deliver high-quality, lightweight applications using Flutter and Dart. This involves producing software with exceptional performance, exploring innovative ideas, incorporating native components as required, and ensuring the application is lightweight for installation and use.

Capabilities (Key Behaviors):

The Flutter Developer will exhibit the following capabilities:

• A degree in a technology-related field is preferred, along with 4+ years of experience building, managing, and deploying software in a production environment.
• Proven experience in Flutter and Dart, with a portfolio of work to demonstrate this proficiency.
• Proficiency in test-driven development.
• Experience working in an agile environment using Scrum and Kanban methodologies.
• Optional: Experience with Cucumber/Gherkin, NodeJs, .NET, CircleCI, SQL and NoSQL data stores, and AWS.

As a Flutter Developer, your expected outcomes would be:

• Delivery of innovative user interfaces and features, optimized for mobile platforms.
• Production of high-quality Flutter-based apps with measurable health metrics.
• Implementation and exploration of innovative concepts.
• Enhancement of native components where the Flutter experience is not ideal.
• Ensuring the application is lightweight for installation and maintains a small memory footprint while in use.
• Conducting analytics and custom event tracking with Firebase, and Google Analytics, working with Fire Store Database and Firebase Remote Configuration.
• Conducting A/B Testing setup with Firebase and Google Optimize, where needed.
