The Role: 

The Financial Analyst holds a critical role within the organization, primarily responsible for managing client contracts, invoicing, collections, and contributing to the effective management of cash flow. Additionally, this role involves participation in day-to-day accounting activities and providing ad-hoc reporting as needed. 

Capabilities: 

• Keep track of client contracts to ensure accuracy and compliance with terms. 
• Dispatch invoices to clients in a timely manner and follow up on outstanding receivables. 
• Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to resolve billing discrepancies. 
• Contribute to effective cash flow management through proactive invoicing and collections efforts. 
• Assist in day-to-day accounting tasks. 
• Generate ad-hoc financial reports and analyses to support decision-making. 
• Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or related field preferred, with 3-4 years of proven experience. 
• Good understanding of accounting principles. 

• Proficiency in accounting software (NetSuite experience is a plus) and Microsoft Excel. 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
