The Role:
As an Enterprise Solutions Implementation Manager at Cooperative Computing, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and executing complex technology projects within the organization. Your role involves planning, executing, and closing projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. The Enterprise Solutions Implementation Manager is responsible for coordinating cross-functional teams, managing resources, and driving project success.
Capabilities:
The Enterprise Solutions Implementation Manager is expected to have:
- Possesses a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, providing a strong foundation in technical knowledge and expertise.
- Demonstrates a track record of 6 to 9 years in solutions implementation management, with a focus on delivering high-quality enterprise-level services.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resources.
- Define project goals and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Identify potential risks and develop risk mitigation strategies.
- Allocate and manage project resources, including team members, vendors, and equipment.
- Ensure the availability of necessary tools and technologies for project execution.
- Lead and motivate cross-functional, multi-national project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Delegate tasks, set clear expectations, and provide regular feedback to team members.
- Create and manage project budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring adherence to financial constraints.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize resource allocation.
- Proactively identify project risks and develop risk mitigation and contingency plans.
- Monitor and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle to minimize disruptions.
- Maintain open and transparent communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress.
- Prepare and present project status reports, highlighting key milestones and issues.
- Ensure that project deliverables meet the highest quality standards and adhere to industry best practices.
- Implement quality control processes and conduct regular reviews.
- Effectively manage changes in project scope, schedule, and objectives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Assess the impact of changes and communicate them to relevant stakeholders.
- Identify potential growth areas within a client, engaging appropriate team members to investigate opportunities.
