Sales Support Coordinator
We are currently seeking an organized, efficient sales support coordinator to be responsible for administrative duties and assisting the sales department in gaining and keeping customers and can assist the team in sales services, identifying opportunities by researching market trends & tracking sales leads efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for engaging potential customers & partners and to respond to LinkedIn messages.
- Set up meetings for SVP Sales with New Partner Prospects generated through the sales funnel.
- Coordinate the reschedule of meetings and follow up with Partner Prospects.
- Responsible to send meeting partner/customer summary emails.
- Maintain and send via HelloSign: NDA’s, Partner Contracts, proposals.
- Responsible to update and maintenance of Pipedrive
- Taking responsibility for Sync meetings with SVP Sales each week
Requirements:
- Excellent English communication (written & verbal)
- Must have 1 to 3 years of working experience in an international process (USA)
- Must be a graduate in any discipline
- Answer questions about focus projects of the company & fix meetings
- Experience in administration and high-volume office work may be advantageous.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
- Excellent team working, motivational, interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
- Computer literacy, IT skills, and typing skills
- An understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
