Cooperative Computing is looking for a Project Coordinator for its branding & marketing division based in Karachi. The candidate should have excellent communication skills to deal with international clientele and ensure high customer satisfaction along with sales growth. The Project Coordinator will work closely with the management to ensure that all the administrative and support functions of the sales & project activity are going smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Primarily responsible for leading effective and efficient cross-functional interaction within the agency to deliver client success and reporting performance
- Manage day-to-day operational aspects of assigned projects and clients
- Coordinate after-sales support to clients when needed
- Create and execute project work plans and timelines and revise them as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
- Track project milestones and review project tasks to ensure deadlines are met and provide status reports to all stakeholders regularly.
- Negotiating contracts with the client and establishing a timeline of performance
- Analyzing client data to provide customer relationship management
- Expanding relationships and bringing in new clients through account-based marketing techniques
- Anticipating key account changes and improvements
- Managing communications between key clients and internal teams
- Monitor project progress and assist to handle any issues that arise
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, reports, and proposals
Qualifications:
- Preferably BBA/MBA in Marketing
- Experience: 2-4 years in Business development in any Tech/Digital industry
Skills Required:
- On-hand experience in customer relationship management software such as JIRA, Trello, Asana, Hubspot, etc.
- Effective & Excellent communication, negotiation, and selling skills
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft products (Excel, Word & Powerpoint) and Google products (sheet, doc, and slides)
- Understanding of Agile methodology
- Understanding of sales cycle in the digital world
