About the Role:
The Junior Software Quality Assurance Engineer at Cooperative Computing is an integral team member responsible for ensuring high-quality technology solutions. The role focuses on both manual quality assurance activities and the creation of automated test cases using Behavior Driven Development (BDD) terminology within a test automation framework. The successful candidate will work closely with the software quality assurance engineering and project management team, contributing to automation test execution and test case development across all projects.

The mission of the Junior Software Quality Assurance Engineer is to uphold and assure the quality of technology solutions, including infrastructure, software, and middleware. This involves the careful execution of testing procedures to confirm that software products function as intended and meet customer requirements, contributing to overall project success.
Capabilities (Key Behaviors):
The Junior SQA Engineer will exhibit the following capabilities:
- Ability to develop test plans, test cases, and plan for necessary equipment and schedules for testing.
- Competence in developing automated test suites for applications.
- Proficiency in executing functional system, integration, and regression tests.
- Skill in overseeing testing across the software development life cycle and managing program testing milestones.
- Capability to design, develop, and implement test procedures for ensuring software product quality.
- Experience with required tools including bug reporting and tracking, load testing, performance testing, cross-browser and cross-platform testing, etc.
- Capacity to work constructively with the development team to tackle challenges efficiently in a rapidly evolving environment.

- Consistent development of comprehensive test plans and cases, contributing to the assurance of technology solution quality.
