The Role:
Our mission is to inspire greatness and transform lives, and our IT Support Analyst is central to this vision. You'll spearhead our digital transition by optimizing the use of key business tools, Office365 and NetSuite Financials. Starting with Office365 support, you'll dive deep into research, offer hands-on training, and seamlessly transition to NetSuite Financials. Your curiosity, problem-solving skills, and proactive mindset will drive our tech-forward momentum. Join us on this transformative digital journey.
Capabilities (Key Behaviors):
- We're looking for individuals who are eager to learn and explore new areas of technology. Your innate sense of curiosity will drive you to delve deeper into how systems work and to continually seek out new knowledge and skills.
- In our diverse and collaborative environment, understanding and managing both your emotions and those of others is crucial. A high EQ will help you build strong relationships with teammates, technical partners, and other stakeholders.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English are essential. This ensures clear understanding and effective interaction with global team members and technical partners.
- A degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Fresh to 1-2 years. Don't worry if you're just starting out; we value potential and eagerness to learn!
