The Role: 

To advance our mission of inspiring greatness and transforming the lives of others, our Graphics Specialist will be a key player in the advancement of CC's mission. In this role, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and impactful graphic designs to support various marketing, branding, and communication initiatives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to conceptualize, design, and deliver graphics that align with the organization's objectives and brand guidelines. Your proficiency in graphic design software, creativity, and attention to detail will contribute to producing high-quality visual assets that enhance the organization's visual identity and engagement with the target audience. 

Capabilities (Key Behaviors): 

The Graphics Specialist is expected to have: 

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a graphic designer or graphics specialist, with a strong portfolio of diverse graphic design projects.
• Proficiency in graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
• Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition.
• Conceptualize and create visually compelling graphic designs for various marketing and communication materials.
• Ensure designs adhere to brand guidelines and contribute to building a strong and consistent visual identity.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, understanding design requirements, and communicating design concepts.
• Produce graphics for both print and digital platforms, considering different design requirements for each medium.
• Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail in design elements, ensuring accuracy and quality in final deliverables.
• Contribute to the development of visual content strategies that resonate with the target audience.
• Showcase expertise in using graphic design software tools to create stunning and professional designs.
• Skillfully edit and manipulate images to enhance visual appeal and impact.
• Demonstrate creativity and innovation in graphic design concepts, providing fresh and original ideas.
• Manage design projects efficiently, meeting deadlines and delivering on time.
