The Role: 

To advance our mission of inspiring greatness and transforming the lives of others, our Data Analyst will play a key role in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to provide valuable insights that drive informed business decisions. Your responsibilities will include data collection, cleaning, analysis, visualization, and reporting. You will work with various data sources, tools, and databases to ensure accurate and reliable data. Your ability to identify patterns, create visualizations, and effectively communicate findings to stakeholders will contribute to data-driven decision-making within the organization. 

Capabilities (Key Behaviors): 

The Data Analyst is expected to have: 

• Bachelor's degree in data science, computer science, or a related field. 
• 1-2 Years of Experience in a Data Analyst role.
  
• Demonstrated understanding of data analysis concepts and techniques. 
• Proficiency in data visualization tools (Power BI, Looker, Tableau) and programming languages (Python, SQL). 
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. 
• Gather data from diverse sources, including APIs, Excel spreadsheets, and databases.
• Clean and preprocess data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability. 
• Apply statistical and analytical methods to identify trends, patterns, and insights. 
• Create visually appealing graphs, charts, and dashboards to effectively communicate findings. 
• Generate comprehensive reports that summarize analysis results and provide actionable insights. 
• Maintain high standards of data quality, accuracy, and consistency. 
• Organize, query, and manipulate data using SQL, MYSQL, Postgres, or Snowflake. 
• Provide data-driven recommendations and insights to support business decisions. 
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and provide valuable insights. 
• Apply critical thinking and analytical skills to solve complex data-related challenges. 
• Identify trends and anomalies within datasets to support strategic planning. 
• Assist in building basic predictive models to forecast future trends. 
• Ensure data integrity and security throughout the data analysis process. 
• Stay updated with the latest data analysis techniques and tools. 
• Contribute to the enhancement of data analysis processes and methodologies.
