About the Role:
The CX Designer at Cooperative Computing is a role that brings a combination of creativity, technical skills, and strategic thinking to manage intriguing and challenging projects across project teams. You'll be responsible for shaping transformational visions and digital concepts to expedite our clients' business growth. Working across physical and digital practices, you will give visual form to market-leading viewpoints around next-generation engagement. The ideal candidate should be a technology-optimist and designer who is passionate about exploring new visual languages and storytelling methods for an experience-led world.
Mission:
The mission of the CX Designer is to deliver unique, immersive, and innovative customer experiences through the creation of digital visual identity systems and interfaces that align with our clients' business objectives. By fostering collaboration with project managers, engineers, and visual designers, the role seeks to maintain the integrity of the final outcome while ensuring an intuitive user journey across various hardware platforms.
Capabilities (Key Behaviors):
The CX Designer will exhibit the following capabilities:
- Collaborating with project managers, engineers, and visual designers to develop a consistent design system.
- Developing conceptual treatments and detailed designs for digital visual identity systems, websites, landing pages, digital platforms, apps, and other digital content.
- Demonstrated experience in designing User Interfaces and Experiences across various hardware platforms including desktops, tablets, and mobile phones.
- Ability to create wireframes, user flows, visual design assets, and interactive prototypes/high-fidelity mockups.
- Identifying and troubleshooting UX problems, such as responsiveness.
- Supervising juniors and other team projects.
- Experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, and other web design and graphics-related tools.
- Creating wireframes and prototypes aimed at solving various business problems.
- Strong communication skills, and the ability to negotiate critical path and scope with team members.
- Leading a project or group of projects with minimal supervision.
- Contributing to the design and maintenance of a comprehensive visual framework to establish consistent aesthetics.
Results:
