About the Role:
To advance our mission of inspiring greatness and transforming the lives of others, our Brand Content Strategist in Marketing Department will be a key player in the advancement of CC's mission. In this role, work closely with the Brand Manager to develop and execute the Marketing Strategies. You will be responsible for
- Branded communications including guideline book, company profiles, ads, emails, events
collateral, landing pages, video scripts, product marketing materials, and more.
- Connect the narrative across large, integrated marketing programs, including conferences and other
- Contribute to the development and concept development of brand marketing campaigns including video, print, and digital displays.
- Prioritize your work and communicate those priorities to the many people who will want you to help
- Manage your time well.
- Learn, maintain, and develop the voice of different brands in collaboration with others.
- Bringing emphasis on the creation and publishing of value-added content (case studies, interviews, long-form articles) by collaborating with internal technical resources including web and app development teams.
- Creating and implementing an all-round content improvement strategy across multiple digital channels including blogs and social media to enhance brand's credibility and overall communication effort.

Capabilities (Key Behaviors):
The Brand Content Strategist is expected to have:
- Requires a bachelor's degree in media sciences or communication (HEC Recognized).
- Minimum 4 years of content writing experience in tech, at an agency, or both.
- Be a sharp copy editor for your own writing, as well as for others if needed.
- An understanding of brand voice, positioning, communication, and image.
- A proactive approach to work, including process, organization, and communication.
- Ability to handle big projects with lots of moving parts, all with an uncanny attention to detail.
- Perspicuity in all things.
- Experience with internationalization is a plus.
Results:
By leveraging these capabilities, the Brand Content Strategist will aim:
- To achieve the long-term goal is to establish a seamless content conceptualization, production, and quality control system that enables the organization to improve its ability to communicate, convince, and build brand cache.
- Proposing a comprehensive workflow for content creation, quality assurance, and publishing and establishing benchmarks and guidelines to measure overall content quality from both expression and functional perspectives.
- Preparing and presenting content workshops and informative sessions to raise awareness about the importance of content and introducing consistency across different departments.
